How support works
Support runs on a simple monthly plan. If you ever need more time than your plan includes, extra hours are billed straightforwardly — no surprises.
Monthly support
$300/month
- 2 hours of support each week (8 hours/month)
- Sessions scheduled before 1:00 PM
- Covers computers, phones, printers, and network devices
- Good for ongoing help, not just one repair
Additional hours
$35/hour
- Applies once your monthly 8 hours are used
- $35/hour during normal business hours
- $50/hour after-hours or on-site
- Larger projects are scoped and estimated separately
What's included
Websites, computers, printers, mobile devices, and network equipment. Cash, card, and digital payment accepted — card and digital payments are processed securely through Square.
Services coming soon
We're working on adding data recovery, ransomware prevention, and network security services. Until then, regular backups are still on you — we're glad to help you set those up.
